Only Smarter Drafter Customers and free trialists can log in to Smarter Drafter.
Even though your firm is a Customer or a free trialist, your firm's account owner needs to add you as a team member. In this case, please get in touch with your colleague who has administrator rights.
If you try to log in and see a "Invalid user" message, your account doesn't exist or it may have been deactivated. If you believe that you should have access to a Smarter Drafter account, please get in touch with out team.
If you've forgotten your password:- From the login page, you can reset your password.
- If the password reset email doesn't appear in your inbox, add smarterdrafter.com.au to your email allowlist.
Troubleshoot login issues
If you're unable to log in to Smarter Drafter, try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Confirm that your browser is supported by Smarter Drafter. We recommend that you use Google Chrome. However, Smarter Drafter is supported by Safari and Firefox.
- If you have multiple email addresses, or your firm has recently changed their name/website, ensure that you're using the original email address associated with your Smarter Drafter account.
- Clear the cache and cookies in your browser and retry.
- Try logging in from another network, such as a cellular network, to see if the issue is network-related. If you are able to log in from another network, contact your IT department or network administrator to troubleshoot the network issue.
- Enable third-party cookies in your Google Chrome settings:
- In the top right of your Google Chrome browser, click the three vertical dots, then select Settings.

- In the Privacy and security section, click Cookies and other site data.
- Ensure that Allow all cookies is selected.

- Try logging in to Smarter Drafter again.
