Cancelling your Smarter Drafter subscription shouldn't be a hassle, so we've simplified the process regardless of whether you're in your trial period or well into your subscription.

Cancelling your subscription during the trial period
To cancel your subscription within the 7-day free trial period, head over to the side navigation, click on Settings and select Company from the dropdown menu.
On the Company page, click the Cancel Trial button and follow the process to cancel your subscription. Once complete, you will not be charged after your 7-day free trial expires.
Cancelling your subscription outside of the trial period
If you're on a monthly, annual, or other billing arrangement, and your Smarter Drafter subscription is outside of the 7-day free trial period, and you'd like to cancel your account, please get in touch with our team at support@smarterdrafter.com.au
One of our team members will assist you in formally cancelling your subscription.
