If you click on a document but get redirect to a screen that simply says "You are logged in, log out', don’t worry! This is an issue caused by information stored in your cache. This can be easily fixed by clearing your browsing history or cache. Simply follow the steps below depending on what internet browser you use:
Google Chrome – How to clear cache
- Start by logging out of your Smarter Drafter account.
- If you're on a PC, press Shift + F5 together. If you're on a Mac, press Command + Shift + R together.
- Log back into your account.
- You should now be able to create your document!
Firefox – How to clear cache
- Start by logging out of your Smarter Drafter account
- Navigate to the 'History' menu in Firefox and select 'Clear Recent History'
- Under 'Time Range to Clear' select 'Everything' and tick all elements under 'Details'
- Click ‘Clear Now’.
- Refresh the page and you should now be able to create your document!
Microsoft Edge – How to clear cache
- Start by logging out of your Smarter Drafter account
- In the top right, click the Hub icon (looks like a star with three horizontal lines).
- Click the History icon (looks like a clock), and then select 'Clear All History'
- Select 'Browsing History', then 'Cookies and Saved Website Data', and then 'Cached Data and Files'
- Click 'Clear' and once an "All Clear" message appears, close and reopen your browser window
- You should now be able to create your document!
Safari – How to clear cache
- Start by logging out of your Smarter Drafter account
- Open the 'Safari' menu at the top of the screen and select 'Clear History' from the dropdown menu
- Select the desired time range, and then click 'Clear History'
- Press Command + Q to exit the browser completely and then reopen the browser window
- You should now be able to create your document!
