Do you auto-save forms?

Forms are not automatically saved, but you can save your progress by clicking the "Save and Resume Later" button at the bottom of the form.

To resume simply go to your Submissions dashboard. Then find the form you'd like to continue populating and click the "Resume" button on the right-hand side of the screen.
